Calfee Client CW Industrial Partners Completes Acquisition of Mantaline Corporation 

Calfee client CW Industrial Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm, recently announced its successful acquisition of Mantaline Corporation, its first platform investment in 2024. 

CW Industrial Partners is an industrial-focused private equity firm. Founded in 1999, CWI acquires lower-middle market companies in the manufacturing and industrial services sectors and provides capital, support, and freedom to grow.

Mantaline Corporation is a leading manufacturer of customized, extruded elastomeric profiles for the automotive, heavy truck, and industrial markets. Founded in 1964, the company is headquartered in Mantua, Ohio, with additional manufacturing facilities in Ohio, Texas, and Mexico.
