Calfee Partner Brent Pietrafese Leads Legal Deal Team for MCM Capital Partners and Torsion Group Corporation in the Sale of TGC to Kaulig Capital

Brent M. Pietrafese, Partner and Vice Chair of Calfee's Corporate and Finance practice group, led the legal deal team, which included Calfee Corporate and Finance Partner Gwen Gillespie Herman and Associate Lydia E. Warkentin, for MCM Capital Partners and Torsion Group Corporation (TGC) in connection with the sale of TGC to Kaulig Capital. 

TGC is a multi-brand, multi-channel platform serving OEMs, installers, dealers, and end-users. The Company manufactures weather seal and window system products specific to the garage door industry, operating out of a 60,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Evansville, Indiana. During MCM’s ownership, TGC added rubber extrusion, injection molding, thermoforming and robotic automation to its manufacturing capabilities.
