Calfee Client Hartzell Engine Tech Announced Acquisition of Kelly Aero

Calfee client Hartzell Engine Tech (Hartzell Aviation), a leader in the aviation industry, recently announced its acquisition of Kelly Aero LLC, a well-respected manufacturer of aftermarket aircraft magnetos, replacement parts, and ignition harnesses for general aviation and military aircraft. The aircraft ignition products will be rebranded as PowerUp Ignition Systems and will be produced in Hartzell's main manufacturing facility in Alabama.
