Calfee Client CW Industrial Partners' Portfolio Company Safe-way Garage Doors Acquires 1st United Door Technologies

Calfee client CW Industrial Partners and its portfolio company, Safe-Way Garage Doors ("Safe-Way"), recently acquired 1st United Door Technologies ("1st United"). The acquisition allows Safe-Way to expand its distribution network into key western U.S. markets and creates distribution opportunities for 1st United within the eastern half of the country.

Calfee’s legal team was led by Corporate and Finance Group Co-Chair Brent M. Pietrafese and included Associate Attorneys Adam Pretty and Stephen Carpinello. Calfee Partner Brian A. McMahon and Senior Counsel Jerry J. Thomas handled the financing deal for the transaction.
