Hunter D. Poindexter

Hunter has represented regional and national lenders in all aspects of loan transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan documents, reviewing surveys and title commitments for real estate assets, and managing closings.

He also has represented corporate entities in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in the drafting of various commercial contracts.

Additionally, Hunter has experience representing landlords in the preparation and negotiation of commercial leases and modifications.

During law school, Hunter served as a Judicial Extern with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He also served as an Intern with HCDC, Inc. and with the University of Cincinnati Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic. Since law school, he has continued to support the Clinic as a supervising attorney.
