Calfee Congratulates Client Align Capital Partners on Its Acquisition of Trident Solutions

Calfee congratulates client Align Capital Partners (ACP) on its acquisition of Trident Solutions, a Texas-based manufacturer of branded safety marking, identification and damage prevention solutions serving over 1,700 customers across utility, commercial and industrial end markets.

The platform investment company’s acquisition strategy will focus on expanding its geographic footprint, enhancing its manufacturing capabilities and broadening its portfolio of solutions to address increasingly complex customer challenges.
