Calfee Congratulates ScaleCo Capital on TPI Efficiency’s Acquisition of Community Energy Advisors and Viridi

Calfee congratulates its client, ScaleCo Capital, on the acquisition by its portfolio company, TPI Efficiency (TPI), of Community Energy Advisors (CEA) and its sister company, Viridi.

CEA and Viridi are trusted providers of customized energy procurement and advisory solutions for mid-sized commercial clients. ScaleCo noted that the combined platform strengthens TPI’s long-term growth profile and positions the firm to build the Midwest’s leading independent energy‑procurement platform.

This transaction represents the third and fourth add-on acquisitions completed by TPI since partnering with ScaleCo.
