Calfee Client Century Park Capital Partners Acquires First Acquisition for Newly Formed Green Summit Landscape Group Investment Platform

Calfee congratulates its client, Century Park Capital Partners, on its recent formation of Green Summit Landscape Group, Inc., a new investment platform, and Green Summit's concurrent inaugural acquisition.

The business owners are retaining a meaningful ownership position and will continue to lead the business going forward.
