Rebekah G. Santell

Rebekah’s practice includes advising private equity funds and private companies on a range of transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions and lending matters.

Rebekah has additional experience providing guidance on corporate law matters, including entity formation, corporate governance and contractual arrangements, to a wide variety of clients.

Prior to joining Calfee in 2026, Rebekah served as an Associate Attorney in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group of a Cleveland-area law firm.  

Rebekah earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2023, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif and received CALI Awards for Mergers and Acquisitions and for Sales. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude, from Bowling Green State University in 2019.
