Diego De La Vega

Diego focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and securities. He is experienced in legal research and corporate practice, contributing to matters involving securities regulation, real estate development and corporate litigation.

Diego joined Calfee in 2026 from a Columbus-area Am Law 200 law firm.

While in law school, Diego was actively involved in the Program on Law and Leadership, the Student Bar Association, mock trial and moot court.

Prior to his legal career, Diego served as a Squad Leader in the Army National Guard, where he demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning in global assignments.
