Michael J. Mosholder

Mike represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other privately owned and publicly traded companies in a wide range of transactions. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. Mike’s experience includes drafting transaction documents and commercial agreements, as well as conducting due diligence reviews.

Prior to joining Calfee in 2026, Mike served as an Associate Attorney at an Am Law 100 law firm.
