Calfee Client Newell Brands Signs Atlanta’s Largest Lease Since 2018

Calfee assisted its client in completing negotiations for the relocation of Fortune 500 company Newell Brands’ headquarters to a 180,000-square-foot lease in the Queen Building in Atlanta suburb Sandy Springs – a 20% expansion compared to its current offices. According to Cushman & Wakefield, this is the largest lease signed in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket in six years.
