Jennifer Vergilii Joins Lex Mundi’s Global Board of Directors

Jennifer L. (Jenn) Vergilii, Firm Vice Chair and Partner at the Cleveland, Ohio-based law firm of Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP, was elected to Lex Mundi’s Board of Directors at the organization’s Annual Meeting in Nashville in May 2025. Lex Mundi is the leading global network of top-tier independent law firms.

As an active member of Calfee’s Corporate and Finance practice group, Jenn counsels public and privately held clients with respect to mergers and acquisitions and a wide range of general corporate and business matters, including corporate governance and all forms of commercial contracts. In addition to her new board role, she also serves as the firm's lead liaison to Lex Mundi, which helps position Jenn well to help ensure firm clients receive seamless national and worldwide service from Lex Mundi member firms, with the ability to handle clients’ most challenging cross-border transactions and disputes. As a founding member of Lex Mundi, Calfee has been the exclusive member firm in Ohio since 1989.
