The webinar's focus was to help employers learn best practices in retirement plan design to provide the best retirement plan.

As employers continue to face challenges in recruiting and retaining good employees, a well-designed and well-communicated retirement plan (or plans) can go a long way. This course discussed retirement plan design and strategies to assist employees in meeting their retirement goals. Attendees gained a better understanding of best practices in retirement plan design and employee communications to provide the best retirement plan for employees in a tight labor market.
