Vincent Mora

Vince works with a wide range of clients that include startups, public companies, private equity funds and nonprofit organizations. He provides advice in the areas of banking, federal securities law compliance, regulatory compliance and general corporate governance matters.

In addition to private equity and mergers and acquisitions, Vince also focuses his practice on representing institutional investors in their fund investments across different strategies, including venture capital and real estate. In this space, Vince has represented a wide variety of institutional investors, national banks, health systems, and family offices.

Vince does pro bono legal work with the Tenant Advocacy Project and the Office of the Ohio Public Defender.

Vince joined Calfee in 2026 from an Am Law 200 law firm.

Prior to and during law school, Vincent spent seven years at a national bank, where his roles included underwriting loans for start-up companies, managing a lending team, and leading digital initiatives.
