Brian P. Cook

Brian assists clients achieve positive outcomes in a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and business formation and development.

Prior to joining the firm as an Associate in 2025, Brian previously served as a Summer Associate with Calfee and as an extern with Justice Michael P. Donnelly of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
