Overview
Brad has experience in the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications in a variety of technical fields. Most notably, his work encompasses prosecuting inventions in the areas of electronics, software, telecommunications and consumer goods.
Brad also provides counseling on matters relating to pursuing, enforcing, and defending intellectual property rights. In particular, he assists clients with regard to patentability, validity, infringement and freedom to operate.
He is active in the legal community, holding memberships with the American Bar Association and the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association.
Brad serves on the firm's Associates Committee.
Brad graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2015 and earned his B.S.E. in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 2012.
He worked as an Associate in a boutique IP firm prior to joining Calfee in 2017.
