Calfee, Halter & Griswold Welcomes Brad Pulfer to Its Intellectual Property Group

Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP (Calfee) announces that Bradley S. Pulfer has joined the firm as an Associate in its Intellectual Property group.

Pulfer advises clients on all phases of intellectual property, including prosecuting patents, trademarks, and copyrights. He also provides counseling on matters relating to patent litigation as well as non-infringement, invalidity, and freedom-to-operate opinions. Pulfer has experience in the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications in several technical fields. Of note, his work includes prosecuting inventions pertaining to electronics, software, telecommunications, and consumer goods.

Pulfer earned his B.S.E. in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and his law degree from Case Western Reserve School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association and Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association.
