Steven W. Day, Partner in Calfee's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group, served on a panel hosted by The Foundation Center of Cleveland.  The purpose of the panel was to discuss the pros and cons of starting a non-profit as well as the legal requirements involved.
