Calfee's Steven W. Day Presents at CMBA's Reach Out for Nonprofits: The Summit

Steven W. Day, Partner with Calfee's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group, presented at Reach Out for Nonprofits: The Summit on October 26, 2022. The event was sponsored by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's Reach Out for Nonprofits.

The program consisted of several presentations, which shared insight about the legal needs and requirements of nonprofit organizations dedicated to helping others. Steve's presentation, titled "Starting a Nonprofit," addressed the early stages of creating a nonprofit, including knowing when to begin the process and the key steps in the formation of the organization.
