Lindsey M. Adams

Lindsey focuses her practice on corporate law, and specifically on mergers and acquisitions transactions. In addition, she provides advice in the areas of banking and federal securities law compliance, regulatory compliance, and general corporate governance matters.

Before joining Calfee in 2026, Lindsey was an Associate at an Am Law 200 firm in Columbus.

Lindsey received her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she served as managing editor of The Ohio State Law Journal.

Prior to law school, Lindsey worked at a regional bank for two years, where her roles included process engineering efforts across business lines and serving on the department’s legal operations team.
