Christopher J. Brubaker

Chris has experience representing clients in debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and general business and commercial matters.

In addition, Chris has experience working with professional sports teams and professional sports stadium owners, serving as outside counsel to major league sports stadium owners and providing advisory services related to capital projects and facility lease matters.

Chris has served as special counsel to counties and states in conjunction with the structuring, negotiation and financing of some of the region’s most transformative redevelopment and infrastructure projects, including sports facility adjacent developments and transportation infrastructure mega-projects.

• Represented borrower in amending existing $158 million operating and acquisition loan.
