David T. Bules Has Joined the Planning Committee for the Mayfield Education & Research Foundation's "Art & Science of Healing 2017 Event"

David T. Bules, associate in Calfee’s Litigation group, has joined the planning committee for the Mayfield Education & Research Foundation’s “Art & Science of Healing 2017 Event." The Mayfield Education & Research Foundation is the non-profit fundraising arm of the Mayfield Clinic, a leading neurosurgery clinic. The purpose is to raise money for the advancement of research in neurosurgery and neuroscience. Bules additionally serves as an adviser to the foundation. At Calfee, Bules defends clients across the entire spectrum of ERISA litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty, prohibited transaction, stock drop, employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) and 401(k) plan fee litigation, as well as ERISA class actions and appellate litigation. He advises plan sponsors and fiduciaries regarding litigation risks associated with investment and management of plan assets, as well as monitoring plan investments. He also has significant experience advising clients with respect to a wide variety of ESOP issues.
