Overview
Victoria is a tax lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in U.S. federal income tax law concentrating on U.S. domestic passthrough entities.
Victoria has been involved in transactions representing the full business life cycle: M&A, capital markets, structuring and restructuring transactions.
Prior to joining Calfee in 2025, Victoria served as Special Counsel with an international law firm, as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Tax LLP, and as an Associate Attorney at select Am Law 100 firms.
Victoria is a regular speaker at various leading professional organizations, including the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Tax Executives Institute (TEI), and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut Law School teaching partnership tax.
While attending law school, Victoria served as Senior Editor of the Yale Law Journal and as Notes Editor of the Yale Journal of Regulation.
