Stephen Andrew Gittins

As an experienced Litigation attorney, Drew has successfully represented both individuals and businesses across a wide range of matters, including breach of contract claims, construction disputes, and business tort claims. He also provides counsel to clients on Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), insurance coverage, construction project risk management, and lien and bond claim issues.

Drew joined Calfee in 2026 after serving for several years as a Litigation Associate at a nationally ranked law firm. He also served as a judicial extern for Supreme Court of Ohio Justice Michael P. Donnelly.

Drew graduated magna cum laude from the Cleveland State University College of Law where he was a P. Kelly Thomkins Dean’s Leadership Fellow and Executive Board member. He graduated summa cum laude from Capital University, earning a B.A. degree in Psychology and Organizational Communications.

Drew is the founder and co-director of the Young Lawyer’s Theater Collective, a social and networking group dedicated to connecting young professionals to the arts and to each other.
