Karla Rogers and Gary Ellsworth to Speak at Ohio State Bar Association

Karla Rogers, Partner and Gary Ellsworth, Senior Attorney in Calfee’s Real Estate practice, will be speaking at the Ohio State Bar Association’s program “Advanced Topics in Commercial Real Estate Law” on Friday, August 19th, 2016. In their presentation entitled “Acquisition Documents” they will discuss key issues in the purchase and sale agreement, including letters of intent, representations and warranties, pre-closing issues, closing conditions and default remedies.
