Calfee congratulates our client, FTAI Infrastructure, on its acquisition of Tidewater Logistics Company.

FTAI Infrastructure acquired Tidewater for approximately $45 million in cash consideration, expanding FTAI Infrastructure’s logistics capabilities and reinforcing its platform serving energy and industrial clients. The acquisition is expected to enhance operational efficiencies and support the company’s continued growth strategy.

Tidewater Logistics is a barge and rail transloading company with operations in Ohio, West Virginia, and Texas. The acquisition is highly complementary to FTAI Infrastructure’s existing assets and enables the company to expand its service offerings and geographic reach.

The Calfee legal team was led by Corporate and Finance Partner Michael French, who represented FTAI Infrastructure in the transaction. The team also included Corporate and Finance Senior Counsel Unekuojo (Uneku) Idachaba and Associate Attorneys Lauren Christine Kulik and Blake S. Harves.
