Brent Pietrafese Leads Legal Deal Team for MCM Capital Partners in MCM's sale of First Impression Iron Works

Brent M. Pietrafese, Partner and Co-Leader of Calfee's Mergers and Acquisitions, Divestitures and Sales practice, led the legal deal team comprised of Mark D. Tupa, Jr. and Lydia E. Warkentin, Associates with Calfee's Corporate and Finance practice group, for MCM Capital Partners in MCM's sale of First Impression Iron Works to Digital Fuel Capital.

First Impression Ironworks, a vertically integrated designer, manufacturer and installer of custom ornamental ironwork including decorative security doors, iron entry doors, gates, staircases, rails and other custom iron products, was acquired by MCM in July of 2017 as part of MCM's search for businesses positively affected by the trends in the renovation and remodel market
