Billy C. Raulerson Spoke on Trade Secrets and the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016

Billy C. Raulerson, partner in Calfee’s Columbus office, spoke on the topic of trade secrets and the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016. Raulerson focuses his practice on all aspects of intellectual property law.  He is experienced in patent litigation and counsels both large and small clients on procuring and enforcing intellectual property rights in the U.S. and abroad.  He has worked with many Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, and has extensive experience in managing large, global patent portfolios. Raulerson additionally assists clients in formulating relevant intellectual property strategies including patent protection strategies and trade secret protection strategies. He has experience crafting intellectual property agreements (e.g., assignments, licenses) and policies (e.g., inventor remuneration policies). He also has experience in performing intellectual property due diligence and audits.
