Calfee's Commercial and Public Finance Group Welcomes Ann Seger

CLEVELAND, October 16, 2019 - Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP is pleased to announce Ann Z. Seger has joined the firm as a Partner in its Commercial and Public Finance group. Based in Cleveland, Ann will work closely with the Columbus and Cincinnati offices to help grow the practice and expand the group's reach throughout the Midwest and the country.

Ann advises banks and credit funds, as well as private equity clients and corporate borrowers in a variety of commercial credit transactions. Ann has experience in senior and subordinated debt facilities, asset-based financings, syndicated loan transactions, acquisition financing and cross-border and multi-currency transactions.

Ann has represented clients in financing transactions totaling over $3 billion during her years of practice.

Ann received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Toledo College of Law, where she served as the Note & Comment Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review.

Before joining Calfee as a Partner in 2019, Ann was an Associate at a global law firm.
