Brent Pietrafese Leads Legal Deal Team for CapitalWorks, LLC's Acquisition of Essco

Brent Pietrafese, co-leader of Calfee's Mergers and Acquisitions practice, led the legal deal team comprised of Colleen Geib and Mark Tupa, and the finance team of Brian McMahon and Mona Ma, for CapitalWorks, LLC in its acquisition of Essco.

Established in 1924 in Cleveland, Ohio, Essco is the leading value-added distributor of floorcare products in the U.S. to specialty household distributors, e-commerce retailers, repair centers and independent dealers nationwide.
