Annual Firm Update 2024

At the beginning of the New Year, we would like to take the opportunity to share exciting news related to practice group leadership transitions and introduce you to our newly elected partners and attorneys who joined Calfee in the past year.

For more than 120 years, Calfee has remained dedicated to ensuring our clients receive best-in-class legal counsel and client service, which requires that we maintain optimal leadership and practice group structures that benefit from new and diverse perspectives. 

Firm Leadership

• Christopher S. Williams was elected to serve on the Firm's Management Committee effective January 1, 2024.

Practice Group Leadership 

The following partners will serve in practice group leadership roles in 2024:

• John J. McGuire will serve as Co-Chair of the Corporate and Finance practice group, joining Co-Chairs Karl S. Beus and Brent M. Pietrafese and Vice Chair Ann Z. Seger.
• Todd F. Palmer will serve as Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment practice group with Co-Chair John R. Cernelich.
• Karla M. Rogers will serve as Co-Chair of the Real Estate practice group with Co-Chair Mara E. Cushwa.
• Joshua R. Sanders will serve as Co-Chair of the Government Relations and Legislation practice group with Co-Chair Leah Pappas Porner.
