Terry Doyle, partner in Calfee’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate and Securities and Capital Markets practice groups, recently wrote an article for Crain’s on best practices for entrepreneurs raising capital for their business. The article, “4 ways to prepare for raising early stage capital,” was published in January.  At Calfee, Terry’s practice focuses on counseling publicly and privately-held clients, as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies, with respect to transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, leveraged buyout transactions and general corporate counseling in a wide range of industries.
