Calfee Represents Corporate United in Its Sale to OMNIA Partners

Calfee is proud to have represented Corporate United, a Cleveland-based group purchasing organization focused on customers within the Fortune 1000, in connection with the sale of the company to a subsidiary (National IPA) of OMNIA Partners, a shared services and supply chain optimization organization dedicated to government, education and the private sector. Brent Pietrafese, Partner in our Corporate & Capital Markets group, led the legal efforts and counsel for Corporate United and was supported by Sam Totino.
