Ray Tarasuck Discusses Updates to House Bill 27

Ray Tarasuck, senior attorney in Calfee’s Government Relations group, presented “Legislative Updates from House Bill 27” at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Workers’ Compensation section meeting on February 14.

House Bill 27 made significant changes to Ohio Workers’ Compensation statutes, including reducing the time to file a claim and extending time to file appeals.
