Sarah B. Saadeh

Prior to joining the firm as an attorney in 2025, Sarah served as a legal extern and a law clerk, assisting Calfee’s Investment Management practice group in conducting internal audits and performing compliance testing for clients to ensure effective integration of the Compliance Rule. She also reviewed and edited client marketing and advertising materials connected with the provision of the advisory services. She assisted clients in monitoring their data privacy and cybersecurity programs, including adherence to Regulation S-P, Regulation S-ID, the federal fiduciary standard, state data privacy and cybersecurity laws (i.e., CPA and NYDFS) and other related regulations that affect clients’ advisory businesses.

Sarah served as a legal intern with the Al Fahed Group in Palestine, aiding in drafting documents and consulting with clients on issues related to land transfers and sales, fraud, and business compliance.

She also served as a legal extern with Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, where she created corporate structure documents and drafted contract templates and researched medical law topics and compliance issues as well as provided legal updates on data privacy and compliance through various bodies of law, including HIPPA, Ohio Revised Code, and the Federal Trade Commission.

While attending law school, Sarah served as a steering committee member of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s “Lawyers Connecting Beyond the Law” program. She was an associate member of the Intellectual Property & Computer Law Journal, and she served as president of the Muslim Lawyer Association.
