Overview
Danny represents publicly traded and privately held companies, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies, in various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, sales, business formation and development, corporate governance, and commercial contracting. Danny also provides counsel on a wide range of general corporate and business matters.
Prior to joining Calfee in 2025, Danny served as an Associate Attorney in the Business Transactions group of a national AmLaw 200 law firm.
Danny earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the UMKC Law Review, served as a legal research and writing teaching assistant, and received multiple CALI Awards for academic excellence. He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Davidson College.

- Represented a private equity firm in its acquisition of a wealth management and investment advisory firm.
- Represented a flood restoration company in the sale of all its assets to a strategic buyer.
- Represented a crane and heavy equipment rental company in the sale of its business to a private equity firm.
- Represented an architectural metal and glass company in the sale of its business to a strategic buyer.
