Overview
Brandon joined Calfee from the City of Cleveland Law Department, where he served as the Assistant Director of Law handling federal and state trials and appeals for issues involving the City of Cleveland Departments of Police, Fire and Emergency Medical Services.
Prior to his time with the City of Cleveland, Brandon held several clerkships, where he gained extensive legal and litigation experience. He worked as a Law Clerk with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office and with the Court of Appeals of Ohio, Eighth Appellate District, as a Louis Stokes Scholar. Brandon also served as a Law Clerk with the law firm of Tucker Ellis LLP.
Brandon earned his J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law where he served with the Civil Litigation Clinic and on the Moot Court Team.
Brandon currently serves as a coach for the Cleveland State University College of Law Moot Court.
He joined Calfee as an Associate in 2020 and serves on the firm's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and as Chair of the Calfee Inclusion Network affinity group.
