John Cernelich Spoke at HR Conference for RPM Specialty Products Group

On Monday, April 9, John Cernelich, Co-Chair of Calfee's Labor & Employment group, was the featured speaker before RPM's compliance, human resources and legal professionals at a two-day HR conference in Sarasota, Florida. John presented "Legal Considerations for the Workplace," which covered recent developments regarding discriminatory harassment in the workplace, laws regarding restrictive covenants in the states where the group has operations and FMLA/ADA considerations as to medical leaves of absence.
