James Sullivan and Alex Reich have co-authored an article for the February edition of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Bar Journal, titled “How Late is Too Late? The Timing of Tender and Its Impact on Coverage.” The article discusses the implications of late notice of claims-made insurance policies and occurrence based insurance policies. James focuses his practice on counseling and litigating insurance coverage disputes on behalf of insurance policyholders. He also litigates general business disputes. Additionally, he counsels corporate clients on designing and administering promotional sweepstakes. James leads Calfee’s Insurance Recovery Group. Alex is an associate and a litigator focused on assisting publicly-traded and privately-held companies in a wide range of business disputes, including contract, business tort, commercial, and insurance coverage claims.
