Calfee Clients Finance 500 and CB Resource To Be Acquired by Stifel Financial Corporation

Calfee clients Finance 500, Inc. and CB Resource, Inc. recently entered into a definitive agreement to be sold to Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF).

Finance 500, Inc. and CB Resource, Inc. are based in Irvine, California, and operate as strategic partners under common ownership and serve as market leaders in the underwriting and issuance of certificates of deposits. The companies assisted more than 1,200 depository institutions in raising more than $200 billion to support funding needs. Finance 500, Inc. is a brokerage and investment services provider focused on underwriting FDIC-insured Certificates of Deposits and fixed-income securities trading.
