Steve has represented public companies and a variety of privately held business clients.
Steve’s representative experience includes handling real estate, corporate and commercial lending transactions, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, due diligence, and handling closings.
He has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© in the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions Law, and Real Estate Law (2012-2023).
He brings a diverse business experience to his law practice, having worked as a systems analyst for Mount Carmel Health System from 1992 to 1994 and as a computer system support representative for Cott Systems from 1989 to 1991.
Steve was an attorney with Shuler, Plank, Morgan & Brahm L.P.A. from 1997 to 2001 before joining Calfee in 2001.
