Overview
Ken has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for electrical, software, mechanical, automotive and medical device inventions before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the PCT. Ken’s clients have included software developers, automotive performance parts manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, and health insurance providers.
Prior to attending law school, Ken practiced as an electrical engineer and developed power and control electronics used in uninterruptable power supplies, battery chargers, battery monitoring systems and telecommunications power systems.
Ken currently serves as president of the Columbus Intellectual Property Law Association and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
