Danny works closely with clients to secure, protect, and enforce intellectual property rights, strengthen their intellectual property positions for product lines, and build the overall value of their portfolio.
He has helped clients prepare and prosecute patent and trademark applications in multiple industries, including life and medical sciences, chemical processes and compositions, composite materials, ceramics, mining, and aerospace systems.
Danny maintains and protects U.S. and international intellectual property rights through drafting office action responses, appeals, cease and desist letters, UDRP complaints, and letters of protest.
He earned his J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2017, and his B.S. in biochemistry and health policy administration from Wake Forest University in 2012.
Before joining Calfee in 2019, Danny was an associate in the Phoenix, Arizona office of Snell & Wilmer LLP.
