Adam advises companies and financial institutions on debt and equity capital transactions, corporate governance matters, securities law, stock exchange requirements and SEC public company reporting responsibilities. Adam also counsels healthcare clients on practice formation and governance matters as well as on reimbursement issues.

He attended Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he received the Michael E. Moritz Merit Scholarship and served as the symposium editor of the Ohio State Law Journal. 

Adam has dedicated his time to pro bono projects involving the refugee crisis at the American border and President Obama's Clemency project. He helped secure asylum for a Cuban refugee in Texas, and secured clemency and a commuted sentence for a federal inmate.

He joined Calfee in 2019.
