Michael works with clients to draft end-user license agreements (EULA), software-as-a-service agreements (SaaS), and service level agreements (SLA). In addition, he develops IP-related documents and contracts on behalf of clients, including freedom-to-operate opinions, cease and desist letters and trade secret protection procedures (TSPP).
Michael further provides counsel and strategy to clients on patent harvesting, preparation and prosecution and trademark filings, prosecution and opposition.
Prior to joining Calfee, Michael worked in private legal practice. He also served as Patent Counsel for Siemens Corporation and as a Software Analyst and Developer for Integrated Document Solutions, Inc.
Michael joined Calfee in 2018.
