Steven W. Day Recently Spoke at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's Tax Institute

Steven W. Day, Partner in Calfee's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group, recently spoke at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Tax Institute on the Department of Labor's new fiduciary rule. Steve's practice focuses on executive and director compensation, employee benefits and executive compensation issues arising in mergers and acquisitions, and fiduciary and governance compliance issues with respect to the investment and management of pension plan assets.
