Jenn Vergilii Participated in a Panel on Acquiring Middle Market Companies

Jenn Vergilii participated in a panel on acquiring middle market companies on Friday, September 23. The event was held in the Cleveland Racquet Club in Pepper Pike, Ohio and hosted by the Center for Free Enterprise. The seminar was titled “Acquiring Middle Market Companies in 2016: How we did it...” Jen was joined on the panel by: Tom Koechley, President of Kirkwood Holding Corporation; Donna Ross, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Kirkwood; and David Brown, founder of Red Hawk Associates. Jen’s practice focuses on counseling publicly and privately-held clients with respect to a wide range of general corporate and business matters as well as mergers and acquisitions. She is also actively involved in many start-up ventures, providing legal advice that allows her clients to make sound business decisions. Jen has extensive experience working with individuals and companies with respect to sales, service, transition and distribution agreements as well as employment and consulting agreements.
