Jamie M. Ramsey and Kimberly Moses, partners in Calfee’s litigation practice group, recently gave presentations on managing cyber risks at an event of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. The presentation, entitled “Beyond Compliance 101: Managing Cyber Risks Created By Third Party Vendors,” was hosted at The Calfee Building. John R. Cernelich, co-chair of Calfee’s labor, employment and worker’s compensation practice group, also presented at the event. Other presenters at the event included Brian J. Stack, Chief Compliance Officer at Tremco Incorporated. Jamie represents both private and public companies in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country. Jamie also serves as Chair of the firm’s Privacy & Data Security practice group, leading a multidisciplinary team of Calfee attorneys who advise clients on all aspects of privacy and data security law and compliance. Kim focuses her litigation practice on complex business disputes, class action litigation, and compliance services. She has extensive experience in representing companies in contract, business tort, and securities matters. She appears regularly in state and federal court and has first chair trial and appellate experience. John represents employers in all workplace-related issues, as well as in employment litigation in both state and federal court. He has appeared in appellate courts throughout Ohio, as well as before the Sixth Circuit and D.C. Courts of Appeals in federal cases.
