James M. Lawniczak Will Give a Presentation on Small Business Bankruptcy at an Ohio State Bar Association Event

James M. Lawniczak will present on issues of small business bankruptcy at the Ohio State Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Fundamentals Seminar in Columbus. The presentation is entitled “Small Business Bankruptcy: Chapter 7.” Jim has more than 30 years experience representing clients in complex corporate reorganizations and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, as well as commercial business and finance matters. He represents secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, liquidators, receivers and unsecured creditors’ committees in all aspects of corporate and insurance insolvency and workout proceedings. Jim’s practice also includes working with domestic and international clients on transactional matters in the commercial business and finance arena.
